• Line-ups for tickets will only be permitted 24 hours prior to the event 'on-sale' date
• Entrance doors open one hour prior to event
• No re-entry during event
• Outside food or beverage is not permitted
• No cameras, recorders, or video equipment
• Alcohol is permitted in seating areas during selected events
• Tickets must be purchased for children 2 years old and over.  Children under 2 years old enter free of charge.

Telephones
Public telephones are located throughout HMC and all are wheelchair accessible.  Volume control telephones are located on the promenade level and in the south-west corner of the concourse level.
  
Elevators
The elevator is located in the south east corner of the HMC, behind seating section 13.  It is accessible from the Carmichael and Duke Street promenade level entrances.

First Aid Services
First aid services are located on the Concourse Level, behind seating Section 12.  First aid services are available for all events.
