- Service charges apply to all tickets sold at the outlets, over the phone and online. Service charges also apply to tickets for select events purchased at the Ticket Atlantic box office.
- There is an additional $4 per order fee if purchasing online.
- One student ticket may be purchased per student ID card

- Ticket Atlantic Box Office cannot hold tickets
- Credit cards are charged at time of purchase
- Ticket orders taken 10 days prior to event will be mailed to the purchaser
- After mailing deadline, tickets will be held in 'Will Call' at Ticket Atlantic Box Office
